The posting lists the location as Oakland, but it’s home-officed and ideally the candidate would be in the Bay Area, Sacramento or somewhere in-between. And although it is working from home primarily, this is a business development role where meeting face to face w/ builders, architects, installers and engineers is very important. The ideal candidate would have HVAC knowledge, an understanding of Title 24, and builder relationships but we can train someone if they have the right skills and motivation.
