Nominating Committee & Process

The Nominating Committee determines the composition of the board by identifying, recruiting and proposing board members. The committee provides the board with written recommendations for nomination for full board approval in October of any given year.

The Committee seeks individuals who have a minimum of the following qualifications:

• A strong commitment to the EEBA Mission and in particular, building performance education;
• A solid background in construction, design, education, training, or research;
• A willingness to participate in up to 4 board related meetings each year.

Individuals interested in serving on or nominating an individual to serve on the EEBA Board of Directors should send their inquiries to nominatingcommittee@eeba.org no later than August of any given year.
